Hello Everyone,

I'm a new member of this community. I have a big problem with my laptop since a few months. My laptop shutdown the system in unexpected moments. Probably this problem is connected with Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework. I have the newest version of Windows 10, BIOS driver, DPTF from Dell's Website, I turned off TurboBoost in BIOS, I changed Maximum Processor State in Power Options to 95% but unfortunately all the time I have this problem I don't know what to do now. Help!
