Hey there, i have a work laptop, the Dell 9410 Latitude series, and i bought the below adaptor but unfortunately cannot get anything showing on my 2nd monitor. Anyone able to advise? I have plugged in a usb headset which worked, but the HDMI is not showing up so far unfortunately. 

I worked with companies IT department and he couldn't see any issue on the driver side.
