Go to SolutionLatitude 7410 Screen Issues
At my company, I have a user that has a brand new Latitude 7410 that keeps getting pixelated screen, and system memory issues. I have run Hardware diagnostics on the computer and they have come back all passed, but user still has the issues. I have attached screen shots the user has sent me of the issues.

@ChadA3119 It's on-die on these machines. Not even soldered on, it is on the same substrate chip as the CPU. These things are just whack, and QA seems to be as well.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.
