I have issues with 3 7490 models so far. When it connects to WD15 dock and closed lid, mouse moves but can not click on anything. If I open lid,or right click it start working for some time. Drivers updated, BIOS updated, all firmware updated for dock as well. Changed dock, also different model. Changed mouse. Re-imaged laptop and replaced system board. Problem still persist. Friend work for big company and they have similar issues with this model same as 7480's as well. Anyone experience this kind of issue or possibly have an answer?
