So this morning I opened my laptop normally, but the internet page was frozen, alt+tab didnt work, neither did the windows key or alt+ctrl+delete, so I shut it down, now when I try to open it it does a loading screen saying "preparing automatic repair" when that finishes it's a black screen with just my cursor. I have tried to shut it down three times like I've seen people say it would help but, nothing. Does anyone have that problem? My PC is a latitude e5450
