ST Microelectronic driver Win 10 x64

I recently downloaded the driver for ST Microelectronics for Windows 10 (64-bit), but when I run it, it tells me that the operating system is not supported. The file I downloaded is eee.exe. All solution recommendations lead to downloading that same file, but it just doesn't work.

Any idea why it's not working? Thanks.
