Alienware Respawn issue - can't upgrade

I have a M17xR3 that recently had a Seagate HD replacement per Alienware support.  Prior to the HD replacement  I "upgraded" my Alienware Respawn software program to the "Premium version" that allows extra functionality for cloning and backups.  I was emailed an upgrade code after purchase to upgrade the basic version to the premium version.  I entered the code and the premium version was fully functional.   Then I had the HD issues/replacement.   After a clean install of W7 64 bit and all drivers on the new HD, the M17xR3 works great.  However, when I open Respawn after a clean install (to create backup disks for the new HD) only the "basic" Respawn functionality is there.  The "Upgrade Now" tab is missing even though the Windows title bar shows that the Premium version is running.  I have no opportunity to re-enter the purchase code that was previously emailed to me.  I know  the basic version is running because several of the advanced cloning/backup options are "grayed-out".   Any ideas?  Is there some registry entry that needs correction?  Clean installs of the Respawn software have not solved the issue.  Thanks for your help.
