I've had a couple problems since I ordered my Alienware x51. It's making a very high pitched noise that's quite irritating to the ears, I've gotten used to it, but it can't be good for the computer. Also, I can't use any of the power down options because whenever I do, the computer doesn't shut down all the way and the power light and cpu fan continue to run. Any ideas?
