Hi!
This is not related to Alienware OEM hardware, but Intel's specifications. Maybe your question will be better addressed in an Intel forum.

if just in windows usually a single core is higher
- I'm not on my A-ware pc right now, but Intel certainly does not make the bios. It is American Megatrends I believe (AMI). Basically, AMI "markets" a bios framework, which Alienware (& just about most pc makers) "buy/licensee" & then custom-tailor afterwards. Call your bios an "AMI designed by Alienware" if it helps. After A-ware gets their hands on it, puts their unique touch on it, changes it, AMI has nothing further to do with it. All bios support will come from A-ware as the result, not AMI ... for those with a UEFI (bios) it most likely is a partnership between A-ware & the mthrbrd manufacturer (MSI) & possibly AMI/Phoenix Award etc
