Hello, I got an alienware m14x r2 with windows 8 installed and when i boot the laptop at first it never get me to the desktop. I've to hard reset the laptop about 2 or 3 times before windows runs correctly. This happens mostly when the laptop is "cold", for example if i start it in the morning. Once, after 2 or 3 boots, it runs correctly i can restart or shut down and start it without problems. I tried both windows 7 and 8, both 64 bit edition and i got same issue. When i start dell diagnostics it never encounter any problems, i've tried both the bios and the alien autopsy desktop software. I performed a scandisk with windows utility and no errors were found. I really don't know how to fix this. Any kind of help is really appreciated.
