Hi,

I decided to format the pc with the factory image but something does not go, I get this error message, I also tried to reset but 30% lock it. I'm confused.

What image are you trying to restore? What is the model and configuration of your system? Is the image on a USB disk? Providing a bit more information will be very helpful.

AlienRespawn is not supported on Windows-10/64bit.

What is your make and exact model?

Complete format and re-build (Nuke and Pave) is here :

Most of these functions are iffy at best.  I recommend scorched earth CLEAN INSTALL and then AOEMI 1 Key Recovery.

< I convey that AlienRespawn works on windows 10 home

Good work, but I was just repeating what Dell says in its articles.

However, I think a Recovery Solution that fails the first time you go to use it is of little help.

I use Macrium Reflect Free. Full (verified) System Images are stored away from PC, and it's Bootable-FlashDrive will do a bare-metal restore.

My system is an x51 r3. The original image and a hidden partition inside ssd, I do not know how it is successful but it has to be corrupted, because is present with 11gb ..
Then i did this test, i deleted the old image, i formatted the ssd and put a backup that I stored inside the external hdd, then i created another image with alienrespawn, the weight of the new image and increased to 16 gb.
I tried to restore it and it worked, so I convey that alienrespawn works on windows 10 home.ho solved that.

    thanks.

Modifying in any way the Recovery breaks it.  You can never use this again.  That includes upgrades from 7 /8  to 10.

The recovery partition is encrypted and cannot be cloned or copied.  Dell does not provide files or instructions for repairing this once its broken.  Its broken forever.
