Device drivers
I had to reinstall Windows and now in Device Manager, I have a question mark beside other devices which include Multimedia Audio controller, Network controller, and PCI modem. I am not able to get online on that particular computer, so how do I get this problem resolved?

I can't access the Internet on the computer in question. It is a Dell Dimension 2400 running Windows XP. I need to know how to get the drivers at another computer and then transfer them to the Dell.219

download on the computer you are using now and either burn them to a cd or use a thumb drive to transfer the files to the non working system

First you must install the chipset driver, then specific drivers for the audio, video, network, etc. Tell us your operating system and computer model and we can give you a link to the drivers. Also see this:
