I've got a brand new 545MT which includes the 19 in 1 Media Card Reader. This device has Dell part number 385-10830. There are no drive letters assigned in Explorer to the media card reader 'drives' and nothing apears in Explorer when a media card is inserted into one of the slots (SD card) although the green light alongside the slot does light up. In device manager there are 4 generic volumes under disk drives and also under Storage Volumes (also 4 triangles with exclamation marks).

To my mind this indicates a missing driver - however searching the Dell driver pages under the machine's Service Tag shows nothing for a 19 in 1 Media Card Reader, and even a generic search under machine type 545 shows up no drivers. Does anyone know which drivers are needed for this device, and where to locate them. The machine is running Vista Home Premium 32 bit, shortly to go to Windows 7 Home Premium.
