xps 400 i put in a new 8800gt sc got all updates bios and drivers from nvida and evga and i get a err code

every time i play any dvd i get a bsod, all games work great evga and dell say its a power prob after 2 hrs of

checking things out ,      every thing works fine when i put the 7900gs back in.i did try 2 dif 8800gt sc cards and gat the same err any ideas?
