new Dimension 8200 - Windows XP
Not able to get online. Have checked with local ISP - all seems ok there.
Error 691-access denied because the user name/password was invalid on the domain.
ISP is vineyard.net - shows up as being disconnected - firewalled.
Have tried phone help - and waiting many times on hold - can you help?
Have contacted Raj Chakraberti - sales person - playing phone tag - so far no results - !!!!!
