Optiplex 330
I do not know what happened; however, all of a sudden, I do not have sound and every time I start my computer, it says I have new hardware PCI card, but is not able to find software. Put the Drivers & Utilities disc in, but that did not work. What else can I do?

Did you add a PCI card to the Optiplex 330?
XP driver
Vista driver
* Download and save the driver for your operating system to the windows desktop
* Once saved, double-click it and follow the instructions
* When done, restart the Optiplex 330. Did the audio get loaded?
