Well I Know That This Question Has Been Answered Thousands Of Times, However I Really Need A New Graphics Card, and I'd Like To Know If The One Mentioned Below Will Work.

My System Specs:
Pentium D 820 @ 2.8GHz (Not OCd)
2GB RAM DDR2 (2x 512 533MHz, 1x 1GB 800MHz (Undeclocked To 533 Automatically.) )
Seagate 160GB HDD 7200RPM
Onboard Graphics (256 MB)
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit

So My Question Is, Will An "MSI Geforce 210 1GB (N210) (Low Profile, Passive Cooling)" Fit in and Work?
Is My PSU Capable Of Supplying This Card? (Can't Check My Power Supply Right Now, I'm Away)
If Not, May You Suggest Me Another Inexpensive Graphics Card?
Furthermore, I'd Like To Know Whether Am I Going To Experience Overheating / High Temps, Generally, Since There's Only The CPU and PSU fan.

I'm Not Into Gaming {Hate This Term} So This Card Is What I Need.
