I have new XPS 410 w/ Q6600, 2 GB ram, Nvidia GeForce 8600GT running Vista Ultimate. Display is Dell E207WFP set at 1680x1050 and 60 Hz. I have installed latest BIOS and video drivers. Frequently, I get a flickering screen in some applications - Outlook, IE, MS Word. Usually but not always, the flickering disappears if I close and re-start the program. Any idea as to the cause or corrections available?
