Power

I am in the US Navy stationed in Bahrain, I just purchased a new system but I am unable to get power to it, I work with computers so I know it is a power supply issue, is there any place here in Bahrain that is authorized to repair it? Do I have to ship it all the way back to dell?

LCPO: There are no Dell-authorized repair centers anywhere in the world; you may have the system repaired at the facility of your choice without risk of voiding your existing Dell warranty.

You should be able to contact Dell Technical Support for Federal accounts, and if you have an APO address, that department may be able to ship you a power supply directly.

Copy your post and paste it into the Customer Service - Customer Care - General conference. You'll probably get a quicker response in there.

P.S. If there's no repair facility in Bahrain, and if you think you could replace it yourself, ask them if they can Fedex you a replacement.
