RPC Server Unavailable

Running WinXP (all udated) on a Precision 530.  With help of a Dell Guy, flashed the BIOS in a failed attempt to solve a problem with an NVIDA Graphics card (see prior posts).  Now, I am recieving an RPC Server Unavailable Error.  I am thinking it is related to Flashing the BIOS???

 

What is the fix please?

    Hi Chris,

     

    Thanks for the interest.  So far, I only notice the error when I try to sync the computer date and time with the internet clock.  Error persists even when i change servers for this task.
