After i shut down my computer - Dimension 4600- it is trying to restart by itself. I think the problem is the power source but what could be the reason?
I'd guess its software over hardware. Could be a windows glitch, or most likely, a sneaky app. Check this page out, read forum rules, and sign up. Once you've cleaned your system then see if its still doing it.
