I need to install NAV 2002..
Instructions call for Unstalling any previous NAV (in our case NAV 2000).
Went to Symantic web site for instructions and now am confused : (
Would it be best to Uninstall from the Programs uninstall or use the Windows add/remove program ?
Have had this Dimension 4100 since 7/24/00 and have done every update that was available.
Also , do I need to turn off (uncheck)all the Norton stuff in msconfig first ? and do I need to scandisk/defrag after uninstall ?
Also dread the "yes-yes to all/no-no to all" decisions that always seems to pop up during this process.
