Hello, I have a brand new XPS 18 AIO (1820) and am experiencing two issues. 1. The screen randomly just switches off. I cannot get it to turn back on. The computer is still on, but I have to hold the power button down and power cycle to get the screen to come on again. 2. The XPS is freezing random. Looking at the error logs I'm getting a lot of "Kernel-Processor-Power (Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power)" errors before the computer freezes and I have to hard reboot. Error details. "The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report." This machine is only a week old. Regards
