Hello - My daughter has a Dell M5010 laptop and a few weeks ago she got the dreaded 7 beeps at start up and then just a black screen.  We have tried all the basic remedies on the other posts here and nothing has worked.  I am not comfortable trying some of the more advanced suggestions (i.e. disassembling laptop, etc.).  The laptop is out of warranty.  We can't afford to buy her a new one (2 kids in college).  Anyone have any other suggestions or remedies?  Thanks
