I went on vacation in Florida mid September I brought my Inspiron 1300 operating system windows xp. I had no problems in Fort Lauderdale we drove to Orlando and the resort we stayed at was charging to access the web I chose not to purchase. I have not be able to get into my system ever since. My laptop of 3yrs is not recognizing my password - I have not forgotten it - nor have I changed it. I can get in as a guest - but can not access the web at all. I'm currently on my desktop. I have not a clue what has taken place. I am the only user 98% of the time, occasionally I allow my son to use it - but he is not at fault - this time Ha-ha
