Environment: Vostro 1500 - Windows Vista 32 Bit - Ultimate Edition

Drivers show as Enabled,  Updated and Working, Audio Volume Mixer is set to 56%.

Dspite the above I cannot hear any sound. Looks like a hardware problem if so what do I need.
