Hi, I recently bought a Inspiron 5000 series laptop and because the touchpad control was simply awful I did a check for updates and updated. The update included a BIOS update so I plugged in the laptop and ran the update. When It rebooted it failed. All I see is a boot failure:

Realtek PCIe family controller error. Media Test failure UNDI. No boot device found.

I couldn't do a safe boot but when I tried to bypass the legacy boot and boot UEFI it will boot.

I'm pretty unhappy that a BIOS update (version 1.1.9 was the old version and 1.2.2 was the new) caused this. The laptop is only 4 weeks old so I want to get this resolved.

Anything I should do?
