D600 LCD screen rightside hinge popped 1/8"

My D600 LCD right side screen hinge has popped about 1/8" +/-.  The "Latitude D600" plastic piece is wedged against the "PageUp" and "Home" keys when the screen is open.  Laptop functions fine otherwise.  It appears that the hinge is popped and the screws are showing that relate to the hinge.  The laptop doesn't close - there's no 'click' during the closure.  I just have to be careful when I close and open the clam-shell.  Laptop is out of direct Dell warranty so I may need to order some parts.

So,

1) What do I need to order?

2) How do I proceed in the replacement of the parts.

3) Cheaper to purchase refurb'd unit rather than 'fix' current D600?

4) Other ideas - besides getting a new laptop - which is planned but not budgeted for now.

TIA

Replace the hinges - $30 for both.

So the hinges on both sides of the LCD screen or the entire right-side hinge-set which includes the LCD screen hinge component and the lower laptop area (I think).  I'd take a picture and post it if I could as I'm attempting to describe this accurately.  It appears that there's some separation that's occurred on the lower portion of the hinge/laptop area.  So, will a new hinge-set completely fix it?

The hinge is apparently connected to the Latitude D600 plastic piece isn't it or not.

If you've got a better explanation or description maybe I can take-off from it.

    TIA!!!!

Only you can tell what's broken - if it's the part attached to the LCD frame, you'll need this:
