Dell XPS 13 9343 - Wireless Problem - Slow Speed
Hi
I have recently got a Dell XPS 13 9343 Model with the Intel Dual Wireless AC 7265 card.
The wireless speed seems alot slower compared to other laptops/desktops in my house.
I've attempted the following but no solution so far:
- Removed wireless driver and then re-installed them (No fix)
- Updated BIOS (No fix)
- Changed a few settings on the wireless adapter itself i.e. Roaming Aggressiveness, Highest Setting (Still... No fix)
- Bluetooth disabled (You've guessed it.... no fix)
As I'm still within my return period, Dell will you be just replacing the wireless card (with an engineer visit) or would you be just replacing the entire laptop and make me wait another 2 weeks for delivery?
Anyone else facing the same problem? If so did you find a fix? I've noticed before I ordered my laptop on the wireless settings some of the Dell XPS 13 had the DW 1560 + BT4.0 whereas on my model I have the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265. Are these two the same wireless cards but with different names?
Dell have you got a fix for me? I look forward to your response.

Hi
I have a Dell XPS 13 9343 as well and have the same problem - very slow browser page loading and laggy browsing. Like you, other devices in the house are much faster and report a higher download rate when I do speed test.
Did you find a solution?
