I must be rather stupid to have such problems, but I don't know what to do, so I hope someone can help.

 

I bought an Inspiron 630M some days ago, but I can't seem to install my printer (a fairly old fashioned by now HP DeskJet 610C). I have a USB cable; I've tried several ports (not all) and I've made several attempts, but to no avail.

 

Could someone please help me?
