Hello,

Recently I've purchased an Inspiron 9400. Unfortunately, the system sometimes crashes without any error message (even no BSOD). These crashes are quite infrequent (on or two per week) but nontheless annoying. Furthermore I cannot figure out how to reproduce them. I've conducted a complete Dell Diagnostic Test without any negative results.

Does anybody have an idea, what the problem might be or did anybody encountered the same problem?
