PC restore not working?
I need to reload the OS on my inspiron e1505 the manual says to hit cntl and F11 when the Dell splash comes up at startup I do but do not get a restore pc option. How can I get a Disc to do a manual restore. p.s. the Microsoft restore does not fix my problem as it is older than the last checkpoint.HELP!

You could be waiting too long to press the keys.Do it immediately after rebooting at the very first screen instead of waiting for Dell screen. If you still need disks fill out the form here-- support.dell.com/.../backupcd_form
