I have a dell inspiron 8500, I recently have been unable to print. I have a HP deskjet712c, I have connected the printer to another machine to test the cable and printer and have printed just fine. I have reinstaled the driver through windows xp, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the lpt1 port. I still cannot print. Does anyome else have any ideas?
