Have the same problem as everyone else.  Don't see how the thread can be shown as "answered" if Dell hasn't recalled all the defective laptops.

Maybe someone from Dell will assist me in getting my PC repaired.LOL. Purchased in Nov 2011 and now it's bricked -- says something about the quality of the products Dell sales.
