I bought an Alienware M11X at the end of may, and it has been great. worked amazingly up until last sunday, when one of the screen hinges got a large crack down the middle, splitting it in two. I called dell, they sent someone out 2 days later and he "fixed it". I mean it works now, the crack is no longer a problem and it opens and closes fine. But the hinge is STILL split in two, just looks like there is something inside of it now. Also, underneath the screen where it says "ALIENWARE", lit up in the color you choose, the lights there are MUCH dimmer then they were before. And now there is a small black dot just barely off-center on my screen, and I can not figure out anyway to fix that issue either. So my question is, do you think I should call dell AGAIN and have them send someone out AGAIN over the same problem? I feel kinda bad and whiny about such fairly insignificant things, but I'm just worried the hinge will break again and that the dot will get bigger, and that the lights on the "ALIENWARE" will shut off completely.
