Hi,

2 weeks ago i purchased Dell Inspiron N5110.. i've just replaced the Windows 7 home premium with Windows7 Ultimate 64bit.. now after installing all the divers and softwares i got that the system sound is already fine while using the laptop speakers while its getting very low in volume & quality while connecting my headset using the right side jack..  back to the drivers i found out that the audio drivers were automatically installed by Windows Updates so i had to reinstall the drivers using Drivers & Utilities disc to get the IDT Audio control panel (IDT HD Sound). 

i've done it all trying & adjust all the settings and configurations of the IDT panel as enabling, disabling, changing the settings...etc in order to get a better sound using my headset but still suffering the low volume & low quality sound the way driving me crazy.. i have really no idea if its a general issue regarding this model or its just a matter of configurations since i have had a past experience with an older model of Dell Inspiron laptop and never faced such problem. 

i spent sometime earlier checking the forum posts in order to find a similar issue but still cant get something useful to solve such problem. so can anybody just help me at least by telling if its a general issue regarding this model or not.
