I have a Dell Latitude E5510. The system does not recognize any of the 4 USB ports when i use a memory or any other USB device. IF i reboot with the unit connected then it will recognize. But this is now how it is supposed to. I have done dell diagnostics, downloaded all updates, and have not solved this problem.
