Vostro 5470 UEFI problem
Hi!
The Vostro 5470 laptop I want to use two operating systems.
Bios version: 5470A09.
I set BIOS to UEFI. Ubuntu 14.04 is installed well, it works.
Windows Professional 8.1 Installer will not start.
Specifically:
1. UEFI BIOS setting.
2. Boot media: memory sticks. Startup writes: "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD..."
3. After pressing the button: "No bootable devices - strike F1 to retry boot. F2 for setup utility"
The same can be installed on the USB flash "legacy mode".
The above error persists installation DVD as well. (USB-connected DVD)
How can I install Windows UEFI mode?

Hi Szistvan,
Thanks for the post. You may be able to add a boot device manually to resolve this issue. Secure boot will need to be disabled and the USB or optical drive added to the boot options in BIOS manually under ‘Boot’. Check out the following guide for more information:
