Windows 7 backup
Hi, I have a dell inspiron 1545 laptop with windows 7 installed. In the past, I have been able to complete backups okay. Now when I try to do a backup, it fails with the message:cannot access files,as they are being used by another process. I get this message when trying to backup via DVD and backing up to an external he'd.Does anyone have any idea how I can correct this. Thanks. Martin.

I regret the inconvenience caused to you. May I know when was the last time it had worked fine for you. Have you also tried to do any steps by your own? I would suggest you to perform system restore in case it’s been few days back it was working fine. Please click http://dell.to/u5wUkX for details.
