Dear List,

I obtained a Dell XPS 12 back in October and run a dual boot setup with Debian.  Not sure if this is the correct place to ask my questions.  Please advise if not.  Have been searching the web since getting the system for a way to make the multi-touch screen work with more than just a single finger.

Linux seems not able to recognize the specific hardware driving the screen.  The returned string is:    ATML1000:00 03EB:842F

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.  Tried Ubuntu but also no success.  I think the hardware for the screen is very similar to that of the XPS 13  -  that was supported in the past.  Can not find more recent information on it though.

This system is REALLY NICE and I am quite happy using it under Linux.  Everything alse works perfect.  Just can't believe nobody got the multi-touch screen to work properly - I think this would be excellent. Is there someone at DELL who could help?
