This is the second time now, last time they replaced the main board and video and something else... im getting a blue screen ' Hardware Malfunction something something its hard to see what else it says seeing the blue screen is always crashed ..

has black lines and is broken/scambled and pixels all over had the same problem same time last year, IM stlll paying 300 a month for this. BAD idea. I wish i didnt borrow money for this but i did. I have my own contracting business and i thought a laptop would comes in hand( well so i thought) anyways


I really don't even want this anymore. just need something that works for my buzziness. anyone else have repeat problems ( same problem) with a xps .. ((((( this is off topic but im trying to burn something right now and my burner doesnt work... I just can't win!!))))))
