Hello all! I recently came across this monitor, the E2310Hc, and it has a very odd problem. When you turn it on with nothing plugged into it, it shows the blue Dell logo and freezes. When I plug it into my computer, it does something similar, but often goes to a black screen and does nothing. When I plug my Raspberry Pi into it, it starts up kinda weird, but works fine after that. 

I have no idea what is wrong. I cant start up the monitor and get to any menus without the Raspberry Pi plugged into the DVI port. 

Any suggestions? My first though would be to replace the main board in the screen, as it seems the power supply is fine.
