Is E1705 compatible with 2007WFP?

I just got a brand new E1705, 1900*1200,ATI 256M, I connect laptop to a brand new 2007WFP at the resolution 1680*1059, and find out the figure on the WFP is a little bit shaky? Is it normal? or something wrong with my WFP. thanks.

    Are you set at 60Hz?

    Yes, that is only option I have. If I want to go up to 75Hz, i have to reduce the resolution.

    It turns out it is the problem of monitor. I am really happy with dell service got a new one within two days. Now everything works fine.
