My Samsung SyncMaster 950p 19" CRT Monitor, doesn't seem to always go on power save mode. I have it set to turn off at 10 minutes. Sometimes it stays on and never shuts off and sometimes it goes off after 10 minutes. How can I fix this problem? I don't like turning on my screen saver because it slows down the comp when I'm running apps when I'm away from my comp. I emailed Samsung about this and they said it's possible that it's a windows problems, but I'm not sure if that's correct.
