Dell S2218H monitor used for three and a half years, started showing horizontal bars at the bottom recently. Auto adjust and all realted functions of display such as Phase, Vertical Position are also disabled. For any connection and no matter which resolution is put on. Even it shows same without any pc connection. 

I saw one similar issue but with no exact answer. Can anyone tell me the solution?
