Does not succeed to restore mails from Exchange Mailbox
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
------------------------------------
Environnement : Server Networker 7.3.2 jumbo Windows 2003 Server
Using : Exchange Module 5.0 on Exchange Cluster 2003
I am actually trying to restore somes mails from an exchange mailbox
I select some folders in the mailbox from networker module for exchange
I then launch restore task
Restore Task actually flood the log with this kind of log (he seems to parse all saveset trying to find where data is)
Object records for "/Private Mailboxes/%2FO=HOSTING%2FOU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP%2FCN=RECIPIENTS%2FCN=KAYENTIS.FR..TVOLIOT_KAYENTIS.FR4056311/Boîte de réception/Opérations/Projets/Roche/Summit/%23NME-item%230000063D000B00000000063D1E440000%23" not in incremental backup with savetime 1191874145, checking other savesets...
After a while, networker server ask me for a media which is more than one month old (despite the fact that full exchange backup are more recent)
And waiting a bit more I have got a flood of
[7604] 11/07/07 12:21:12 mb_item.cpp(7712): Display Name translation: Error 0x80004005 in opening mailbox table.
Ok, it seems better with latest build as restore finish with status ok. But mails restored are the one which were on the incremental backup of this day only. All others older mails are not restored despite beeing checked in GUI.
(I tried with command line too : nsrxchrc -vvvv -s reiphmcbkup01.hosting.trekk.corp -a reiphmcbexchvs1 -t 11/02/2007 -D5 MSEXCH:MB/"Tiphaine Voliot/Boîte de réception/" )
any other helpful ideal to restore all mail in folder this time?

Yeah!
But mails restored are the one which were on the incremental backup of this day only.
Argh!
All others older mails are not restored despite beeing checked in GUI.
Check restore log and see what has been requested exactly. I must admit I have no idea how this log should look like as I recently worked only with restore of storage groups, but I guess it should show items added and what has happened after (at least it does with D2 for SG).
