You would need to have a Dell support contract to be able to download Networker software or the NW virtual edition appliance from https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/product/networker/drivers. even if you only want to run it unlicensed for 90 days (and a possible 30 days on top of that). After that it becomes read-only and you would only be able to restore previous backed-up data. So you cannot use it indefinitely without a license.
