What commands are needed to use to recover a cloned notes saveset from a tape which is in "recoverable" status? Do I need to make it "browsable" first?

I have a saveset with

Domino1.local.domain NOTES:E:\LOTUS\DOMINO full recoverable

and I would like to recover all the data there. Is there a command for nsrnotesrc for saveset recoveries?
