PC 5548 Second IP Interface

Hello,

i have a PowerConnect 5548 with an ip adress in den Default VLAN 1. I can access it over the web gui an telnet.

Now I have set up a management VLAN that runs through the entire network with all switches. I was able to change all other switches to IP addresses from the VLAN 666 (management).
It does not work with the PowerConnect 5548. I have created a second IPv4 interface. I can ping it, but access via TelNet or the Web GUI does not work.

How i can access the Web Gui with the ip address from the new VLAN 666?

Thanks!

    ArcheNoah,

If you can ping the IP address you assigned to the VLAN, but cannot access it via SSH or webGUI, you might have a duplicate VLAN or an ACL or management control in place to deny the traffic. I'd be curious if you removed the IP address from the VLAN if you could still ping it.
Would you be able to verify that?

    Let me know.
