routing to multiple carrier connections based on source IP(s) on S50
Hello,
Stupid question (probably). I have 2 connections from different providers:
VLAN 75: Carrier 1 - /29 xconnect block - GI0/1 Statically routed ranges 1-3 (/24s) over the /29 and split amongst several local VLANs - 0.0.0.0/0 default route for S50
VLAN 100: Carrier 2 - /29 xconnect block - TenGI0/50 statically routes ranges 4-6 (/24s) over the /29 and split amongst several VLANs
I want to be able to route ranges 4-6 (coming in from vlan 100 and spread across several local VLANs on the S50) back OUT Carrier 2 - and not the default route.
Can this only be accomplished via setting up an L3 routing protocol (BGP, OSPF, RIP) or Policy Based Routing or is their another easier way?
Sorry again for what might appear to be a stupid question
